Optical Coating Technologies welcomes opportunities to make life a little easier for our customers by taking responsibility for more of the supply chain. Whatever your project, we would be pleased to provide our services along with our range of contacts in optical design, injection moulding and lens tooling.

Our highly trained personnel enable us to offer services such as stamping, crimping and sub-assembly. We are adept at reverse engineering existing products.

We also offer project management and are experienced in working within multi-company consortia to help launch new products.

A philosophy employed by both Optical Coating Technologies and the Impreglon Group, the idea is to offer a client the simplicity of being able to order a coated plastic component from Optical Coating Technologies.

We would source the mould maker, the plastic raw material, the moulding company and then coat the moulded product. Another example would be a coated visor. Here we would provide the plastic sheet, stamp it to shape, coat it and crease it ready for use.
